Several products can cause negative drug interactions with carboplatin, including certain antibiotics, live vaccines, and docetaxel. Some of these interactions could increase your risk of dangerous side effects, particularly problems with bone marrow and blood cells. To ensure a safe treatment process with carboplatin, tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking, including nonprescription products.

    • Gentamicin
